Once you book your appointment, our team will follow up to confirm the details and help you prepare for your visit. We will review what to expect, answer your questions, and let you know what to bring, such as your health history, a list of medications, and your insurance information if applicable.


At Dental Hygiene with Dezarae, we accept most insurance plans, but no assignment is offered. Ontario Works is not accepted. If you have questions about coverage or payment, our team will be happy to help you understand the next steps before your appointment.
