Making Insurance and Payment Simple

At Dental Hygiene with Dezarae, we aim to make payment and insurance details clear and easy to navigate before your appointment. We welcome patients with all private insurance plans and work to support access to Preventive Dental Hygiene care for everyone.


To make the process easier, we will submit your insurance claim on your behalf whenever possible. If you have questions about your coverage, our team is happy to guide you through what to expect before your visit.


We believe everyone deserves equal access to Preventive Dental Hygiene care. That is why we accept the Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP), NIHB, HSO, and ODSP. Please note that Ontario Works does not provide coverage for Preventive Dental Hygiene care.

We are committed to making your visit as simple and transparent as possible. Our team will help you understand your coverage and any out of pocket costs before treatment.

Payment at Time of Visit

Any remaining balance not covered by insurance is due at your appointment.

Note: CDCP, NIHB, HSO, and ODSP are accepted. Ontario Works does not cover Preventive Dental Hygiene care.
